Q. Where will my consultation take place?

Initial consultations usually take place at the studio

space at Totty Rocks in Victoria Street, central Edinburgh. We feel that it's very important that you have the opportunity to step out of your busy life and have the time and space to really think about where you are in life, where you want to go and what your wardrobe will look like.  A Renideo consultation gives you the opportunity to speak freely about your lifestyle in a setting that is calm, and without interruption.  Home consultations can be arranged and travel

expenses are kept to aminimum.

Wardrobe analysis is usually carried out in your home.

Q. I don’t live in Edinburgh, can I still use your service?

If your work schedule does not allow you to visit our

studio space in central Edinburgh we are happy to travel to you.  Renideo regularly work in London as well as central Scotland.  Travel expenses are kept to a minimum and shared with all clients visited within the same location at the same time. Further details are available upon application.

Q. Is there a specific look you give to clients?

No, everyone is unique and we thrive on the challenge of identifying the style that best works with your shape, reflects you and fitsin with your life. We also take into consideration the reasons you came to us and will advise on those clothes and accessories that will meet your goals.  Our clients range from people in their 20's entering the job market to CEOs who want to enjoy their clothes without wasting hours of precious leisure time at the shops.

Q.Why should I pay for this service when I can get it free at certain shops?

Personal shoppers in department stores offer a great service but without the knowledge gained from pre-con exercises as well as a 3 hour consultation they will be led by what you think your wardrobe needs and what you're currently wearing.  Renideo does not dictate an image but works closely with clients to understand what they want and need from their wardrobes.  We're not affiliated with any store so our recommendations are not affected by commission allowing us to recommend independent boutiques and vintage stores as well as a large variety of high street stores.  We often challenge clients' assumptions about which shops they should visit, helping them develop their indivdual look while teaching them what to look for in a wide selection of shops.

Q. What if my budget is small?

The amount of money that clients have to spend on their wardrobe development makes no difference to the quality of service that we offer each person, just the shops that we'll visit.  An alarmingly large amount of the population use an incredibly small amount of their wardrobe.  Renideo teaches clients how to buy clothes that they'll enjoy wearing often, no garment is a bargain if it's only worn a handful of times.  This service teaches clients how to mix and match, so you will be able to generate more looks with fewer clothes, and will show you how to find good quality clothes that don't cost the earth.
